How medical services work ?

Once you decide to contact MedQ UK, consecutive procedures to provide you with in-depth information and top quality health services start.

Our health services road map is as folows:

In the UK

1. Your contact via e-mail and/or phone will be replied by MedQ Medical Customer Relations Management (M-CRM)
   1. your questions will be answered to any extent you wish
   2. you will be kindly asked for an appointment if you wish to continue
2. If an appointment is arranged, our M-CRM Executive will:
   1. either warmly welcome you at MedQ
   2. or visit you at your convenience
3. During the first meeting with our M-CRM:
   1. your in-depth questions will be answered
   2. you will be asked to provide us with your detailed medical information and expectations if you wish to continue
4. After your affirmative decision:
   1. all your medical history and diagnosis documents will be send to related MedQ medical consultant in Turkey
   2. your medical consultant will evaulate your status and either ask for further data / tests if need be, or arrange the second appointment
5. At the second appointment, you will receive:
   1. your medical consultation’s results
   2. complete set of necessary documents, e.g. surgery booklet, patients guide, patients agreement and the consent form
   3. a date for the third appointment will be scheduled
6. At the third appointment:
   1. all your final questions will be answered
   2. all agreements and patient forms shall be signed
   3. the advance payment shall be made
   4. your travel plan is set up

In Turkey

1. Your medical consultant will visit you in your hotel room to:
   1. check your comfort
   2. complete the consent forms and answer your questions
2. You will spend a comfortable pre-treatment night at the hotel
3. Upon your admission to the hospital:
   1. preoperative tests & screenings will be performed (if need be)
   2. you’ll have a preoperative physical examination
4. After surgery:
   1. you’ll be taken to the recovery room as you awake from anesthesia
   2. then you’ll be transferred to the intensive care unit for close observation
   3. you’ll be transferred to your private hospital suite / room when your condition stabilises
   4. you’ll be released from the hospital and given discharge instructions
5. After the release from hospital:
   1. you’ll spend comfortable time at your hotel during post-operative recovery
   2. you’ll be transferred to hospital for the final review of your health condition
   3. you’ll fly back home comfortably

How travel services work ?

• Your travel will start just outside your door:
  1. you’ll be transferred to / from the airports with private vehicles and friendly representatives
  2. you’ll be transferred to / from the airports with luxurious chauffeur driven vehicles and executive representatives if you book our Platinum Package
• You will get assistance at your departures and arrivals at the airports
• English speaking MedQ representatives will warmly welcome you at the airports upon your arrival
• You’ll fly to Turkey and back home:
  1. in Economy Class if you book our Special Offers, Check-up Holiday, Gold or Silver Package
  2. in Business Class if you book our Platinum Package
  3. in Private Jet of your choice at extra cost upon request
• You’ll be transferred to / from your hotel:
  1. with private vehicles and friendly representatives
  2. with luxurious chauffeur driven vehicles and executive representatives if you book our Platinum Package
• You’ll spend a comfortable preoperative night and a post-operative holiday at 5-star hotels in:
  1. comfortable double room, if you book our Special Offers, Check-up Holiday or Silver Package
  2. luxurious Grand Executive Suite, if you book our Gold Package
  3. luxurious King Suite, if you book our Platinum Package
• During your stay:
  1. you’ll be provided with friendly and reliable assistance by our representatives
  2. you’ll be provided with various optional activity and excursion plans of your choice depending on your post-operative condition
